Are you interested in my services? Here's how the process works:
Contact me to let me know you're interested and provide the following information:
a brief description of your needs and expectations
a sample of the document (1-2 pages) OR the entire document in .doc or .docx format
your desired timeline
I review your information and recommend which Tier I think is best for your document. I also confirm that your timeline works for me.
Once we agree on the details, I send you an official, signed quote. You pay half of the balance up front so I can begin working on your document.
I edit your document in Microsoft Word with 'Track Changes' enabled to give you control over the final alterations. I will keep you updated as I work and notify you when I am finished. Once I receive payment of the remaining balance I release the document to you.
You review my changes, suggestions, and any questions I might have had. If moderate to major revisions are made we send the document back and forth until you are satisfied.
We conclude our business and I offer you my 'word of mouth' discount: if you refer a friend to me and I do business with them, you get a discount on your next document :)
